Salary Range: GBP47,208 to GBP51,012 plus a market supplement of GBP5,000 per annum payable for two years.

Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd (PSPS) is a high performing Local Authority Trading Company providing back–office support services to three Lincolnshire Local Authorities that form the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP).

PSPS are looking for a motivated and ambitious CCAB qualified finance professional with relevant skills and experience to lead our client function that supports the end–to–end budget management process for our three Local Authority Clients.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will manage and support three Strategic Finance Managers who each oversee the preparation and monitoring of the annual revenue and capital budgets and support the completion of the final accounts for one of our client councils. You will coordinate and lead the financial management of designated service areas and ensure they receive quality financial advice and information.
