Housing Lawyer - ASB
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Housing Lawyer- ASB for an initial 3 month contract.
The successful Housing Lawyer will be required to undertake anti-social behaviour legal work, including experience of conducting defended possession proceedings and litigation to tackle ASB issues. Candidates will need to have knowledge of housing ASB legislation. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
Candidates will need to be available on short notice and must have a current practising certificate.
