Customer Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: GBP40k – GBP45k
Key Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Work in close collaboration with the data conditioning teams (located in the US & Poland) to ensure accuracy & timely availability of POS data to the rest of the organization
Build & deploy customized Power BI based dashboards to our Sales & Marketing population (Key Account, Shoppers, Sales Reps, etc.)
Apply & utilize analytical skills to internal, external & syndicated datasets to interpret information, examine variables, draw conclusions to support decision making. This includes permanent sales, promotional and seasonal activities.
Improve POS results by identifying problems, finding opportunities, and developing solutions within the POS analytics process.
Elevate our current analytic state to one of best in class with our Key Account partners
Be the "face of data" in front of our key customers in order to support the Key Account Managers during their strategic meetings.
Build "stories" based on data and key facts and present them in a dynamic & exciting way to the customers whenever it's needed to support / increase our footprint with the customer.
Utilizes analytical tools such as Fact–Based Solution Selling and Category Management to support category assistance.
Use of standard analytical tools such as Microsoft Power BI, DAX Language, Microsoft Power Query.
Build and optimize planograms through best in class planogramming software (e.g. JDA Space Planner)
Understand of data modeling techniques (e.g. relational databases) & SQL technologies in order to analyze the data located in the CBG Global POS Datawarehouse when needed.
