Senior Finance Manager

Our client, a high–growth and innovative market leader, with a fantastic reputation for retaining and rewarding talent, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Finance Manager to join its talented team. The role will be responsible for partnering closely with the Operations Directors, providing crucial support and analysis to make informed strategic decisions.Main duties include:* Identifying areas for increased efficiency, proactively challenging current financial/operational processes and leading the implementation of a cost reduction strategy * Analysing and interpreting results, identifying trends to enable the business to make decisions* Partnering with 3rd party stakeholders* Understanding weekly performance from an operational perspective, providing insight to Leadership Team * Providing challenge to all capex requests* Responsibility for monthly capex cash flow forecasting* Managing the completion of the monthly management accounts for the operational cost base * Owning the budgeting and forecasts process for area * Managing and mentoring a Senior Finance Analyst Key skills & experience required:* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)* Strong communication and influencing skills* Highly numerate and analytical with a keen eye for detail* Proven track record in a similar role with lots of business partnering with senior stakeholders * Experience of operations/logistics would be advantageous but not essential * Ambitious and self–motivated * Proactive and inquisitive, keen to seek ways of improvement and not adverse to change This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and commercially astute Senior Finance Manager to join this sought after employer of choice and industry innovator that can provide future progression and reward.
