Based in Tring, Hertfordshire our client is an established, growing, and forward–thinking company who are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as Finance Manager on a 12–month FTC maternity cover.

This role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with several years' experience in a manufacturing business.

The company is a manufacturing business with overseas operations so a background in international manufacturing is highly desired, you will be running a well–established team of 4 and working closely with the directors.

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded individual with their ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications. Knowledge and experience of dealing with overseas companies is also desired.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of the monthly management accounts
• Management of statutory reporting and taxation across all entities and countries
• Management of external audit
• Management of the international payrolls
• Annual budgets and forecasting
• Treasury and cash management
• Responsibility for financial processes and controls
• Provision of financial support to commercial/operational areas of the business
• Any other duties required to fulfil the requirements of the position
