CFO - SaaS

GBP130 – 150k + Bonus + Equity

Finatal are working with an international SaaS firm headquartered in Central London who have recently taken on significant private equity investment. With plans to scale organically, the B2B firm are seeking a hands–on CFO to help leverage their growth strategy and further triple their current EBITDA of GBP2m by the time of their exit in 3/4 years.

Furthermore, with a current ARR of 40%, the firm are seeking an experienced CFO to help in delivering value as it enters a phase of rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be a supportive member of the Board and executive team whilst playing a pivotal role in the firm's strategy and success.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of SaaS KPI's and Metrics whilst also having a background in private equity leveraged environments. In addition to this, the incoming CFO/COO will be key in identifying and delivering the firm's commercial and process improvements whilst further evaluating their opportunities and risks.

Moreover, the CFO will be required to set up a best–in–class finance function and further provide stakeholders with period reporting and key financial results.

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Implement key SaaS metrics around ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn
• Worked alongside PE/VC in a growth setting
• Strong leadership skills
