An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to work within our client's successful and expanding organisation.

Are you a PA with experience of working at a very senior level?

Are you looking for part time hours (5 days per week) with the ability to work extra hours in line with the business needs?

Its possible you've retired but are looking for a few hours a week putting your PA skills to good use.

If you have experience of working at a senior level, can organise travel, (including flights and hotels) and have first class administration skills, this established, thriving business based in Chadderton, Oldham would love you to provide the day to day support their busy MD needs.

About the role

Reporting directly to the MD you'll be responsible for:

• Providing day to day support
• Organise all aspects of the MDs travel
• MDs diary management
• Dealing with all aspects of correspondence as required.

Requirements

(Proven record of working as a PA at a senior level) You will need:

• Strong administration skills
• A high level of confidentiality
• First class IT skills
• The ability to be flexible
• Travel organisational skill
• Self confidence
