Finatal are currently partnered with a start–up SaaS firm who have recently received investment from a high–profile VC fund. With plans to further monetise the business through the addition of physical events and sponsorship, the firm are seeking a hands–on CFO on a permanent basis as they look to go through a period of transformational organic growth before a potential sale to private equity or a further fundraise in a couple of years' time.

Furthermore, as the firm has grown rapidly since its inception and achieved an increase of c.3x their revenue in 2021 from 2020, this is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside the highly skilled CEO and MD. The incoming CFO will be required to build a best–in–class finance function and to provide stakeholders with accurate financial results and period reporting.

The successful candidate will play in integral role in identifying and delivering on commercial and process improvements whilst being a challenging and supportive member of the Board and executive team. Alongside this, it is crucial to have had extensive experience with cash–flow management, financial accounting, and growth management.

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience with SaaS metrics around ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn
• Strong leadership skills
