Private equity backed multi–site healthcare operator (Buy–&–Build)

Salary: 200k plus bonus plus equity

Location: South– East England

The opportunity:

Finatal are leading the search for a CFO of a mid–market private equity backed consumer healthcare business. The business is seen as high–quality, premium operators in their respected field currently with a GBP14m EBITDA and has a disparate, multi–site approach. Partnering with an energetic and credible CEO, they are looking for a commercial business partner to help drive on M&A and eventual exit in the next 3 / 4 years.

The requirements:

The business is seeking a confident, dynamic CFO to deliver organic and inorganic growth while ensuring a high performing finance function to lead on a successful exit. Experience at a PE backed business beforehand is key, with experience round M&A, integration and professionalising the finance function. The CFO will sit on the board, be a key partner to the CEO & SLT and will be involved in all commercial and strategic decision making. You will have multi–site experience – from a retail/ consumer/ healthcare experience – and have a high EQ and relationship–building style.
