Remote / Occasional travel to LondonA brilliant role working for an organisation that "gets it."The TA Partner role can be worked fully remotely and will be part of an international talent acquisition team with this role focused predominantly on recruiting within the UK and Ireland. Working very closely with your Talent Sourcer, you will take the lead on stakeholder management, working with key customer groups to determine their needs and take full control of all aspects of candidate attraction including managing your own agency budget.Working for a transformational tech business you will be a brand ambassador passionate about creating a uniquely positive candidate experience. Acting as a subject matter expert you will provide advice and guidance to the recruiting population and will have lots of autonomy. There is also numerous talent and system projects to get involved in or take the lead on.You will recruit across all "head office" functions but experience of recruiting within software sales would be a strong advantageYou will be part of a TA team and have the support of HR both locally in the UK and across the world.What are they looking for?
