Job Title: Mid/Senior level Business Analyst

Role: This role involves supporting marketing– and account managers in their conversations with customers, paving the way to cross– and up–sell opportunities, That results in shorter communication turnaround times and higher engagement levels between managers and customers.

Rate: GBPNegotiableLocation: London, Hybrid

Status: Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months rolling

Essential Skills:

• • Digital experience
  • Strong level of Agile experience (2–4 years)
  • Able to lead workshops and manage difficult stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.
  • Conduct process design workshops to define process changes & gaps between 'as–is' and 'to–be'.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools.
  • Able to act as a focal point for a specialized area (technical or business); able to lead teams while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Minimum Education or Certification: Bachelor's Degree related to IT.
  • Has a comprehensive understanding of business process improvement, benefit, and risk management.
  • Experience analysing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
