Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a Private Equity backed business based in the East Midlands, searching for an enthusiastic and driven CFO who will act as a key member of the executive team in ensuring the continued growth of the business. The company is aiming for strong and rapid development of their value, and the CFO will play an active and significant role in the journey towards this goal. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will partner with them in the strategic leadership of the business.
As CFO, you will have full responsibility for overseeing and managing the finance function of the business. In your role as CFO, you will thus be crucial to the significant planned development and growth of the business, and ultimately its success.
The ideal candidate for this role:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Past experience within PE–backed businesses, with exit experience desirable
