Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Devise and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the organisational goals and is supportive of a collaborative
  • Act to acquire new customers, widen customer network and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
  • Ensuring effective sales overhead budgetary control

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are addressed and met
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities and prepare reports
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Delivering internal process and best practices
  • To conduct regular appraisals with your direct reports, identifying stretching and developing objectives as appropriate.
  • Proactively encourage collaboration to achieve team goals.

The person:

  • Strong track record of as a credible, senior commercial leader.
  • Awareness of the importance of brand development
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Adept to building relationships across a business
  • Demonstrable record of achievements showing delivery of major change or improvement in a commercial environment
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Be analytical in your approach with demonstrable experience in planning and budgeting.
