Your New role

As an Internal Recruitment Partner for Saint–Gobain UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for supporting over 30 different brands across the UK, if you're looking for a role that offers variety look no further! You'll join the Specialist area of the Recruitment Team who are responsible for hiring the best talent to our brands and central functions. Typically, the specialist team look after anything with a technical element, or it's a little obscure, this could see you supporting with anything from Sales roles, to Engineers, Digital & IT, right through to underground mining.

As a team we all have our areas of expertise but do turn our hands to other areas as and when required.

You'll support our customers through the recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer. Working directly with hiring managers and HR, you'll build great long lasting relationships, offering a service that's truly consultative, with the customer and candidates experience at the forefront of how we operate!

We aren't afraid to try new things and we're always looking for ways to develop, if you've got a passion for developments, an eye for improvements and like to challenge the status quo you'll fit right in.

Here's a short breakdown of the key focus areas in this role;

• Ownership & accountability for providing a proactive, end to end 360 process, ensuring a first class customer and candidate experience at all times.
• Work proactively with Hiring Managers and local HR to manage recruitment processes, filling permanent roles directly, identifying best talent using most effective tools and methods.
• Work with hiring managers to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices.
• Writing engaging recruitment adverts and set us apart from our competitors, promoting the Saint–Gobain employer brand.
• Maintain a high level of market awareness and best practice, advising and consulting with your customers on specific trends, new ideas and market intel.

What you need to be successful

In order to be successful in this role you'll have proven experience in the world of recruitment, this could be from an agency/consultancy environment and you're looking to make the move internal or you've done it before.

We're not precious about particular functional areas you've managed before, having said that if you have recruited within the Digital/IT space this would be an advantage.
