Head of Property - National
The Executive Network Group is currently searching for a National Head of Property on a full–time permanent basis. Ideally based in the midlands or north west of England.To be considered for this National Property Manager you must have:
- Have had overall responsibility of the strategic development of a multimillion–pound budget circa 60–70 million
- Lead and Managed a team across 100 plus sites
- Having experience working within either Logistics, Transport or Utilities would be advantageous
- Dealt with the legal matters surrounding the properties.
- Undertaken feasibility and viability appraisals on existing sites.
- Managing and working with planning, project management from acquisition to completion.
- Support and guide a team of Property Managers, setting KPIs, motivating, and managing the team.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all landlords for the branch.
- Run daily reports and ensure appropriate action is taken to maintain compliance within a portfolio
