Associate / Director Building Surveying

Senior Building Surveying appointment in Birmingham at either Associate Director or Director level. This opportunity is with a leading multi–national firm and will be a key appointment within their Birmingham Building Consultancy team.

The successful candidate will therefore need to be a well rounded, ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor who has the relationships with clients to be able to self generate work, although this firm already has a wide range of instructions. Much of their work is across industrial and commercial sectors working with investors, end users etc etc although they do also have a number of long term public sector clients. There is also the freedom to shape this role to your own strengths as a building surveyor.

With their progression planning in mind we're looking for either an existing Associate Director who is looking for an opportunity to move forwards into a Directorship, or potentially someone already established at that level. Either way there is certainly an opportunity to be a key part of a great team within a well regarded business
