Commercial Contracts & EU Procurement Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Commercial Contracts and EU Procurement Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to have an eye for detail, possess excellent drafting skills, undertake legal work relating to major contracts, advise on subsidy control/state aid, advise on construction contracts, local authority trading companies, contract disputes, fund agreements and other issues relating to larger projects.
Previous local government experience is highly advantageous.
Candidates must be a qualified lawyer, barrister, or legal executive with a current practising certificate. Candidates must be available on short notice. We are looking to hear from candidates available on no more than 2 weeks' notice
