Adult Social Care Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for three months initially.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to attend the office 1 day per week. You will need to carry a full caseload from the outset which will include:

• Care Act assessments,
• Court of Protection proceedings,
• Responding to threats of judicial review,
• Age assessments,
• No recourse to public funds.

Candidates must be available on short notice to be considered for the role. You must have a current practising certificate.
