Childcare Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in Oxfordshire who are seeking a commercial contracts lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful commercial contracts lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload from the outset. The council has a wide range of new central government funded road building schemes, and the contracts lawyer will need extensive experience of negotiating NEC and JCT based construction contracts and related professional services contracts (Feasibility, Design etc). Construction experience is essential.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, candidates must be available on no more than two weeks' notice. You must have a current practising certificate. Previous local government experience is advantageous.
