The work on offer is phenomenal - you will be acting for a varied client base that includes well-known regional and national developers, social housing providers, investment companies, waste operators, FE Colleges and local authorities, and day to day you will have the chance to gain experience working on commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare property, self-invested pension schemes, and retail franchising. Crucially you will be encouraged to develop a real breadth to your experience which is incredibly important.

Depending on your exact level of PQE the firm is going to be looking for sound early stage Commercial Property experience and strong personal characteristics, so attention to detail, a passion for building successful client relationships, and plenty of drive to work as a key member of a very successful team.
