Planning Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Planning Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to undertake the following duties:

The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Support the local plan team in progressing the local plan,
- Draft and negotiate complex section 106 agreements,
- Advise clients on planning and highways issues,
- Experience of dealing with inquiries and appeals,
- Advise on planning policy and guidance
