Commercial Property Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking Commercial Property Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You must have previous experience advising on leases, licenses, acquisitions, and disposals along with some regeneration exposure. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
Candidates must be available on short notice. You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive.
