Commercial Property Solicitor

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a reputed Legal 500 firm in Somerset and progress your career within commercial property law.

This law firm is very busy in its real estate teams in all offices and is seeking an additional solicitor to join its Yeovil office.

Ideally you should have at least 4 years+ PQE within commercial property/real estate law.

This will be a fairly broad role and you must have strong commercial Landlord & Tenant experience. You will act for leaseholders and those with investment portfolios.

Your daily caseload will also include advising on development (including planning stages), real estate finance and re-finance.

The real estate team here is a very coherent group, and you will work closely on larger transactions (across offices). There will also be much cross over advising on all property elements with the corporate team.

There will be ample opportunities for you to progress your career within this very supportive office culture.

There is already an abundance of good quality business and established clients within this department, but you will be encouraged and supported to continue to build new business contacts both individually and as a team.
