The corporate team is looking for a talented NQ solicitor who can cover large transactions across the banking and finance, and financial services sectors, based in the picturesque island of Jersey.
The successful candidate will enter into a robust team, ranked as the leading corporate group, working on an exciting case load including, corporate M&A, private equity, restructurings, and joint ventures. The ideal applicant will have trained and qualified from a strong corporate private practice, and be coming to the end of their training contract, ready to start a role as an NQ early this year.
This is the 'next step' opportunity for a junior corporate solicitor who is looking to join a superb and award winning practice, based in the heart of Jersey. A highly competitive relocation and remuneration package is available.
