A highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Central Hertfordshire is looking to expand its commercial property team, which includes former City, US firm lawyers and partners, to meet client demand.
The ideal commercial property solicitor, circa 2-4 years' PQE, will have experience a of broad range of commercial property transactions including investment acquisitions and landlord and tenant related matters. A knowledge of and interest in property related transactions relating to rural estates would be an advantage as the firm has an interesting mixture of commercial and landowning clients. You will be able to maintain existing relationships but experience or an interest in business develop and marketing would be useful. The firm can offer full support from a strong partner led team, along with ongoing training and development in line with the firm's Gold Award for being investors in people.
