Role: Area Business Development Manager: IT Managed Services– southern region (OTE cGBP100K uncapped)

Located: South East UK – accounts across London, Merstham, St Edmunds (Ricoh operate a vibrant working policy giving you flexible hybrid working options)

Package: circa GBP100K uncapped package, plus benefits

Due to a re–organisation, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to join our Direct Sales function to develop a sales program focused on all Ricoh's lines of business, targeting nominated customer accounts and new business opportunities to deliver incremental sales growth across the southern UK region.

Leading a team of 20 account managers, responsible for c 400 accounts, you will have a wonderful opportunity to collaboratively help our business grow further.

What you will be doing...

Responsibility for meeting/exceeding sales targets (revenue & margin) and for developing business and individual client account plans across all Ricoh lines of business (huge portfolio of products and services)

Continuously develop and tailor an overall sales strategy which defines products, solutions and services to match client needs

Develop a new business acquisition strategy to increase numbers of clients to grow revenue and margin year–on–year

Develop jointly, account plans for major accounts to identify and encourage new business growth in existing clients

Collaborate with the wider Ricoh business to tender for new/incremental client business

Hold the relationship with senior client stakeholders

Provide regular activity analysis in line with Business and Client Account Plans

Propose complex managed service/maintenance solutions using Ricoh's 8 lines of business portfolio

Provide support and guidance to all members of the team

Manage client relationships both internally and externally

You will ideally have...

Proven experience of selling complex high–level IT managed services and maintenance into the Corporate market

Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally, with strong presentation skills

Excellent IT knowledge, including networking and software solutions

Ambitious and keen to work in a collaborative team to achieve team results
