Programme Manager
Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Programme Manager from the manufacturing /construction industry to start an exciting new role for an expanding company based in Peterborough.
**Monday – Friday**

The role:
?? Forecast and secure appropriate resources to enable delivery of the above competently, on plan, and to the required standard
?? Lead and facilitate meetings as required
?? Create a method for monitoring the progress of a companys programmes and improving efficiency
?? Create new programmes according to the strategic objectives of the organisation
?? Develop strong relationships with team members, merchants and business partners
?? Manage and coordinate activities of the parties involved in the programme
?? Resolve issues with management and stakeholders
?? Confirm successful delivery upon the programmes completion
The Candidate:
?? Background in warehouse/engineering
?? Must be familiar with Gantt charts
?? Must be motivated and analytical
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?? High attention to detail
