–The company experienced huge growth last year and have invested GBP16m in their technology. They are looking to grow the business by 10x's over the coming 3 years having secured significant investment
–4 out of 5 potential clients who trial the platform, turn to full, paying customers

The Role of the Head of Sales:
You will lead, guide, coach and develop a relatively small team initially that is looking to scale rapidly. You will have the responsibility for the recruitment of the team and this will increase to around 10 x SDR's and 10 x Account Executive's over the coming months.
The Candidate for the Head of Sales:
You will need to have a background selling SaaS/platform–based solutions in a man–management capacity. It is essential you have previous experience training and mentoring a sales team in the tech sales. It is important you have recruitment experience and have a track record of achievement and success.
The Package for the Head of Sales:
??GBP75,000–GBP100,000 basic salary
??Double OTE
??Pension, Mobile, Laptop
??25 days holiday plus stats
