Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client in Gateshead or North shields. You will be working for a company who manufacture and design industrial, multi–material packaging solutions whom strives to add value through innovation and quality. You will deliver excellent customer service whilst working closely with customers and the production facilities to develop close working relationships and support new projects. You will build and maintain a close working relationship with the General Manager, Operations Director, UK Sales Director and NE Commercial team, while receiving a salary of up to GBP35,000.
The Role
Identify and develop a prospect list of potential customers
Research and network to grow new business sales
Keep up to date with market trends within the areas of interest which affect the company and/or customers
Provide customers with pre and after sales advice to ensure optimum service levels are achieved
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner to sell products and services to increase profit
Work as part of a team within the company

Experience of working within a similar role
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent negotiation experience
