The business launched in 2015 but aims to continue its growth across Europe and more into 2022/2023. So, if you want an outstanding opportunity to join a team of ground breakers, here is the CMO role for you
As CMO you will drive the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and will ensure the brand is resonating with target consumers. You will develop a clear marketing strategy including user segmentation, personal journeys, pricing strategy, targeting, and positioning and will develop results focused multi–channel acquisition strategies and campaigns.
What will you be doing?
* Drive the evolution of brand identity ensuring the brand is seen in a consistent way across all marketing media.
* Increase the exposure of the brand by leveraging relationships with external business partners
* Develop a clear marketing strategy including user segmentation, persona journeys, pricing strategy, targeting and positioning.
* Create and implement multi–channel acquisition strategies and campaigns
* Develop a clear understanding of the company Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all marketing aspects of the business
* Have strong analytical skills to understand our key subscriber metrics and use marketing strategies to maximise these across campaigns and platforms
* Build a marketing attribution model around CAC to help drive and focus business spend
* Build and deliver performance and lifecycle marketing capabilities; organic, paid, social, influences, affiliate, referral
* Research, select and be responsible for relevant marketing agencies to ensure objectives are met
* Monitor developments in the marketplace and adapt accordingly by analysing competitors, products and market dynamics
* Liaise with Tech and Finance to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market and customer demands
* Encourage, manage and monitor team members development of knowledge and skills via constant learning and upskilling whilst seeking out new technologies and latest ecommerce best practices and techniques across all current and new channels.
What you bring to the party?
* Passion and drive for outcome focused performance
* 10+ years' experience in high growth eCommerce and 3+ years experience in leadership
* European marketing experience
* Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels
* Experience with paid media marketing, SEO, CRO, GA, email marketing
* Track record of managing external marketing agencies
* Proven ability to use data to drive decisions
* The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
* The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
* Communication skills, including presenting
* Project management skills
