Experienced Immigration Solicitor, up to 6 years' PQE, Cheshire - A Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners recognised firm have an excellent opportunity available to join a highly ranked team with a strong client base. JOB TITLE: Experienced Immigration Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: up to 6 years LOCATION: Cheshire SALARY: Up to £55,000 DOE THE ROLE: The appointed Immigration Solicitor will join this firm's renowned Employment Team and work on their own caseload of business Immigration matters, whilst gaining exposure to a number of complex cases. The successful candidate must have previous experience of handling their own caseload of corporate immigration files as the postholder will be working under minimal supervision with support from the wider team and department head when required. This firm envisage that there will be opportunities for cross referrals, particularly from their Corporate and Commercial team and so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across disciplines. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have between 1 and 6 years' experience of handling their own caseload of Immigration matters. Previous experience of corporate immigration work is essential. The appointed Immigration Solicitor must have a commercial approach, be adept at working to deadlines and be able to demonstrate excellent file management and client care. We want to hear from experienced and confident Immigration Solicitors who possess excellent communication skills to ensure that each client receives an excellent level of service.
