Talent Partner/ Recruitment – Cambridgeshire (PE Postcode)
GBPGBP Neg ( Circa 50k DOE ) + Bonus structure + excellent benefits
We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent specialist to join the expanding team of a large FMCG manufacturer with sites in Cambridgeshire ( Peterborough & Huntingdon)
you will play an integral part in the delivery of the group recruitment strategy and work as part of the HR team to provide a professional, high quality, timely, customer–focused recruitment service to external candidates and key stakeholders, across all areas of Talent attraction, sourcing, and onboarding
Key Performance Indicators
Play an integral part in the delivery of the new group recruitment strategy
Build recruiting strategies that deliver the right talent across multiple business units and regions.
Utilising talent pipelines and other direct sourcing techniques you will provide an outstanding service to fill all vacancies with high–quality talent within agreed timeframes and at the lowest cost possible without comprising on candidate experience;
You will promote AM FRESH as an employer of choice and ensuring our employer brand is strong across all relevant disciplines, by building extensive internal and external networks through multiple channels, including attending relevant networking events (internal and external) to meet and assess talent;
Deliver core daily tasks to support the delivery of the recruitment KPI measures
To be successful you will thrive in ambiguity and be credible in front of stakeholders. You will partner closely with key leaders across our business to drive key programs and initiatives that enhance the company's effort to attract, recruit, and retain talent.
Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services ideally in–house or external recruitment agencies
Solid understanding of best practice principles and processes within recruitment
Experience in using Application Tracking Systems, ideally Eploy
Driven, pro–active, and uses own initiative to speak with hiring managers, source candidates, and deliver on vacancies
