An exciting opportunity has become available with a growing communication company based in the heart of Norwich. They are currently recruiting a Client Services Director, who will actively develop and manage client relationships through bringing on new clients, working to understanding client priorities and issues and implementing account management strategies that increase overall client satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to play an integral part in generating new business as well as supporting existing clients across multiple sectors. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within an agency and come from a similar client focused role.

Duties to include:

* Actively identifying and developing new client relationships from incoming leads.

* Liaising with clients to gain a full understanding of client priorities and strategies to ensure ROI.

* Developing and implementing account strategies including relationship mapping and investment plans.

* Working with clients to solve any issues that arise.

* Identifying new opportunities to increase client satisfaction.

* Presenting campaigns to clients.

* Generation of new revenue streams.

* Taking a lead on pitches for new opportunities, working in collaboration with pitch team & colleagues.

* Attending relevant industry networking events to establish new prospects.

You will have/be:

* Previous experience in a similar role from within an agency.

* Strong understanding of all aspects of sales and marketing.

* Proven experience working with a team to deliver creative communications campaigns.

* A track record in sales, business development and client relationships.

* Experience in pitching and winning new business.

* Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop strong client relationships.

* Very strong team–working, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

* Well organised, collaborative and self–motivated.

This is a full–time, permanent role that offers hybrid combining work from home and from offices based in Norwich. The offered salary for this role is competitive dependent on experience.
