Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results–driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Support Heads of departments to align staff to business objectives
* Provide advice and guidance on all people matters including managing performance, absence and conduct
* Recruit the right Talent
* Support and deliver strategic HR initiatives in line with corporate guidelines
* Updating policies and practices and ensuring compliance with regulations
* Gathering and preparing information for payroll and approving payroll
* Complete benchmarking exercise for all new roles
* Support Department managers to understand and give recommendations for the training and development opportunities including succession planning and talent management
* Running onboarding processes, where appropriate deliver internal training and induction
* Keep up to date with employment legislation to ensure organisation is compliant
* Be proactive in the promotion of employee engagement – employee voice, rewards, and personal development
* Manage organisational benefits
* Support Head of HR with projects
* Be the first point of contact for HR advice
* Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedure
Who are we looking for
Qualifications and Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
* CIPD level 5
* Experience working with multiple sites
* Previous knowledge/experience of Health and Safety in an office environment
* Qualified by experience
* Proven proactive approach working on their own and as a part of a team
* Very good standard of written and spoken English
