Our client can offer a role which requires no business development and no networking and there is absolutely no need for you to have your own following!
This new breed of law firm is looking to add an Employment Solicitor around 5 years upwards to its growing team on a fully employed basis.
The role:
Our client is looking for an Employment solicitor to come on board and advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Th role will include but will not be limited to drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, drafting on consultancy agreements, managing disciplinary procedures. Assisting with TUPE transfers and other corporate transactions etc.
The firm:
The firm itself now employ over 85 people having established itself in 2014. They are at an exciting period of growth looking to triple their turnover by 2025, with a strategic plan in place of how to achieve this. Although they are fully remote (serviced offices based Birmingham) They work really hard to ensure their lawyers still feel part of a team so they can collaborate, share ideas and enjoy each other's company.
The person:
They are now seeking an Employment Solicitor who has a wealth of knowledge and experience to slot into their team. To be considered you must have worked for a regional or national firm with a strong academic track record. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong IT skills.
