Aon are currently recruiting a Real Estate Investment Associate Partner to join our team in London. The Real Estate Investment Associate Partner will be primarily responsible for managing senior relationships and overseing client portfolios.

About the Role

Your impact as a Real Estate Investment Associate Partner:

• Managing senior relationships and overseeing client portfolios;
• Recommending multi asset–class portfolio construction, strategy and implementation;
• Investment identification and due diligence across a broad cross section of real estate related investments;
• Quarterly client reporting of portfolio performance reviews;
• Drafting client reports for clients as required;
• Supporting and presenting the View of the World, highlighting the Townsend Group's most compelling investment strategies in real assets;
• Supporting new business activities across the firm;
• Representing Townsend and/or its clients at investor meetings and industry conferences/organizations, and communicate relevant findings to the broader group and its clients as necessary.

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

Your knowledge and expertise:

• A client centric individual with a minimum of eight years relevant experience;
• A high calibre graduate with minimum bachelor degree;
• A strong understanding of the macroeconomic environment and local real estate market fundamentals;
• The ability to construct and articulate a macro view;
• Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills;
• Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Adaptable, self–motivated and team orientated;
• Postgraduate degree and relevant professional qualification (FSA/CFA) preferred.
