Can you manage an oak framing business delivering projects to a private client market?
Can you oversee all construction operations from start to finish?
Following a recent acquisition, new owners of this business are seeking a number one to manage all day to day activities of this Oak Framing contractor. Delivering projects for high end private clients, you can expect to be involved in projects with high architectural value.

Co–ordinating both the oak framed structure and full turnkey finish, your projects will include garages, garden annexes, offices and even gymnasiums. Each project will be to client specification and many will be fully connected to services as stan alone buildings.

You will be managing a team of c. 20 employees, with many long serving members of staff. A construction background is essential as you will be taking ultimate responsibility for delivery of projects and associated activities such as:

Oversee estimating and business development (dedicated Sales and Estimating Manager already in post)
Maintain sub contractor relationships and expand where necessary
Oversee internal operations across the framing workshop
Maintain a 'forward view' of all projects and resource requirements
Train, develop, manage and expand upon the workforce as necessary
Direct client contact for key customers or complaints enquiries
Allocate workloads for both directly employed and sub contract install and labour teams
