We seek a proven Senior HR Change Partner to work closely with a national customer base. Working closely with the leadership teams, you will develop successful relationships with key stakeholders (across a variety of business streams). You will also manage a small team of 2 and focus on large–scale Change projects to include Organisational Design, TUPE, Talent management and development, Culture & engagement, Diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing.

Description

My client is primed for the next chapter of change.

Reporting into the Group Head of People Change & Transformation, the Senior HR Change Partner will be a trusted expert to the People and Transformation Team on ER and Change & Transformation planning and delivery.

The focus of the Change & Transformation activity is considered 'value–add' and supports the business and its people to further develop smarter ways of working (the right people, in the right place, with the right skills) and a 'performance vs wellbeing' culture that focuses on customer–centricity. The activities are geared toward immediate, mid and long term change and success. Projects include:

  • Organisational design
  • TUPE
  • Talent management and development
  • Culture & engagement
  • Diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing

Working closely with the leadership teams, you will develop successful relationships with key stakeholders (across a variety of business streams).

You will also manage a small team of a HR Change Partner and HR Change/Delivery Specialist.

Based in Reading, you will also support client groups nationally – therefore some travel will be required when necessary.

In short, this is a strategic role that will lead on strategising large– and small–scale change programmes.

Profile

To be considered for this Senior HR Change Partner role, you will have proven experience within a senior HR Business Partnering capacity, which has been taken through a 'transformative journey'.

Essentially, we seek someone who is a delivery–focussed Business Change HR professional with expertise in strategising and delivering large– and small–scale business readiness and people change programmes.

You will have a proven background in a matrix and unionised environment across a multi–site customer remit.

Industry expertise such as Telecoms, Retail, Utilities, Construction, FMCG are highly desirable.

Job Offer

This role will also pay GBP75,000 to GBP85,000 per annum (dependent on experience), a performance related bonus and a suite of benefits.
