Interim Sourcing Manager - HR & Legal Services

Interim Opening for procurement outsourced provider. EMEA & APAC regional role.

This company are a procurement outsourced provider, offering bespoke services for clients globally. 2021 was a busy year for this organisation winning lots of new clients globally, and they have just announced a major client win which will contribute to huge growth opportunities for this business. They serve lots of financial services clients amongst other more exciting and varied industries spanning Europe, America, and APAC.

Your new role
As the Interim Sourcing Consultant, you will deliver value–add sourcing services to their clients, with a specific focus on HR & legal services. You will be delivering a significant sourcing project for a key global client involving complex negotiations and supplier management across some key specific suppliers. Once commercials are agreed you will be drafting contracts and amending where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You succeed in this role you will have some prior experience within leading complex negotiations. You will be able to demonstrate strong deliverables against cost savings as well as delivery and risk mitigation. You don't have to be a legal category specialist, though experience across Professional Services categories will help here. Above all else you will be a strong negotiator, confident, and a strong communicator.
