Your new role
This is a 6 months position where you can have the opportunity to join a leading business as their Transformation Finance Officer.

You will be part of a significant Transformation change project providing the team with a high–quality financial insight, advice and supporting senior management decision making. You will be working with senior leaders across different areas of the business.

Among other duties, you will be aggregating and creating business plans, financial forecasts incorporating cost incurring and benefit generating programmes at different stages in the delivery lifecycle; You will be expected to present forecasts and models with clearly presented financial information, constructive challenge and valued advice at a senior level of the organisation; You will be working with Commercial teams to understand the likely sales and revenue forecasts which will be impacted by the delivery of new capabilities through the Transformation portfolio, measuring benefit take–on against these forecasts, among other day–to–day tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate key skills:

• Prior relevant experience of providing Finance services to Change and Transformation programmes
• Qualified accountant with experience of business finance roles and/or partnering internal clients
• Ability to deal with stakeholders and comfortable playing a part in senior management discussions
• Ability to lead, influence, challenge, advise and offer alternative perspectives or solutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, whilst able to look at the big picture
• Strong team–working skills
