Job Title: Transformation Programme Manager

Overview:

Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with an NHS Organisation based in Surrey who are seeking to recruit a Transformation Programme Manager on an interim basis. The post holder will join the Orthopaedics and Plastics department within the Trust and review the Plastics Urgent clinic, devising enhanced pathways and expansion opportunities to support the service and emergency workload through the department. The post holder will also be required to support the pathway work for the Orthopaedic move across sites and support the documentation requirements for this project.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Substantial experience of successfully managing complex projects within a programme management system including evidence of change management within timeframes and in budget, including pathway redesign within an acute hospital and ICS environment.
