Brief

We are looking to appoint a Corporate Lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE into our Belfast office.

Background to the Corporate Group

Our team of Corporate Lawyers work with clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, management buy–ins, joint ventures and investments. Our detailed knowledge and close working relationships with other Pinsent Masons offices enables us to achieve the right structure for deals and to bring together appropriate funders and entrepreneurial investors where needed.

We make it our business to understand the markets our clients are in and their business aspirations and pressures.

Our Belfast Team

We are an international law firm with a significant corporate team in Belfast. We also have a base in Dublin, which, combined with its network of offices across Great Britain makes it ideal for transactions which span the UK and Ireland. Legal director Lisa Early jointly leads the practice and is highly experienced in PE transactions; she has a particular focus on sectors such as technology and energy. The energy sector is also a core area of focus for fellow legal director Michael Hamill, who is an expert in corporate transactions and project finance.
