My Client a leading FMCG organisation is seeking a 6 Month maternity cover.
The role reports into the Head of Commercial Sales Finance for UK, a €650m Turnover business unit and the biggest and most profitable in the Group.

The role reports into the Head of Commercial Sales Finance for UK, a €650m Turnover business unit and the biggest and most profitable in the Group.
Responsibilities -
- Partner the Sales teams to deliver Financial targets
- Understand the drivers of historic, current + forecast performance and create insightful performance "moments" for Business Unit Directors
- Manage the promotional governance for Sales
- Play a role to drive actions through the business where appropriate
- Develop, apply and report KPIs by which overall Commercial plan success can be judged
- Provide visibility and track account performance
- Work closely with the NRM team to develop a Promotional ROI compliance guidelines
- Stress test Forecast/Plan to offer challenges to the commercial teams
- Provide day to day business partnering to the Sales team
- Drive to enhance financial knowledge within the Sales team
- Support the wider business in developing actionable brand strategies that are account specific.
- Drive and influence the bottom up planning cycle with the sales function
- Develop best practice within the commercial finance team to ensure standardisation and support true business partnering
