Associate Director of Building Surveying

An experienced Associate Director is now needed to join a successful multi–disciplinary consultancy in their Bristol office.

Working within many sectors including commercial, industrial, education, retail and residential, this consultancy work on a professional bias. However, they have expressed that looking at someone with both professional experience and project could be beneficial for developing a more project work.

Day–to–day you'll be providing TDD, dilapidations, contract administration, expert witness, party wall matters etc.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified or equal to
• Previous professional services and project work experience
• Experience in a similar sized medium–large consultancy
• Client facing
• Confident report writer
• Self–motivated + committed to personal/professional development

In return?

• GBP65,000 – GBP75,000 (Negotiable)
