Fuelled by 100% year on year growth, the company is ready to hire a Head of Operations. This is a new role and as such, a unique opportunity for you to really make it your own.
The Role
The Head of Operations will be responsible for global operations, delivering products to direct to consumer customers, retail partners and distributors accurately, on time and on budget. This will involve overseeing on–demand production across four global 3rd party manufacturing facilities, supporting NPD and delivering operational improvements.
You will ensure that new manufacturers are set up and enabled to deliver on–demand production and fulfilment – from SLAs to packaging and creating plans to help manufacturers provide smooth on–demand delivery.
The Person
– Established track record in similar eCommerce leadership operations role
– Experience of managing 3rd party direct to consumer facilities
– Excellent experience in continuous improvement processes and optimisation
– Experience of new product development or new sku set ups
– Record of successful business improvement, project delivery and continuous improvement
– Proven manager with history of staff training, development and management
– Data driven with expert analytical abilities and report writing

The office is based in London but our client offers flexible working arrangements through a mix of both remote working and in the office up to 2 days a week.
