Together with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the job holder will lead on the ICS clinical engagement and strategy ensuring that clinical and care professional leadership is in place within Gloucestershire. The postholder will ensure that there is a strong clinical and care professional voice in decision making at all levels across the system and that these leaders are supported in their decision making role. This portfolio contains the following key elements:
• Clinical and Care Professional Leadership across secondary care, community and mental health and primary care.
• Medicines Optimisation / Management.
• Primary Care Clinical Strategy
