We have a new opportunity for an interim Head of OD (Wellbeing and Engagement) within a London NHS Trust, to lead a small team of Wellbeing and OD practitioners.
Main responsibilities:
To role model the culture and values of the Trust, leading with compassion, inclusion and engagement in mind;
Lead the effective implementation of current staff engagement plan's OD elements for health and well–being with and for all of our staff;
To lead the design and implementation of all aspects of our future people strategy for employee engagement, health and well–being with and for all of our staff;
Promote management and leadership that models compassionate leadership and management in ways that place action to promote equality, diversity and inclusion at their core;
Act as an internal consultant, identifying, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating a range of bespoke OD solutions for senior leaders, teams and individuals, based on best practice and contemporary evidence that demonstrably fit with our staff engagement plan and people strategy;
Work as an expert advisor to the People and OD business partners in the delivery of the plan and strategy;
Engage with, advise and challenge leaders at all levels in the organisation, involving and representing colleagues, in ways that inspire learning, community and trust;
Engage partners in the local health and care system and across the integrated care system, contributing to dialogue that is focused on improving staff and team experience.
Key Skills/Experience:
CIPD qualified;
Professional experience designing wellbeing and staff engagement interventions that prove effective for teams;
Expert knowledge of organisational development theories and their practical Application;
A proven track record of delivering successful OD and wellbeing projects.
