*BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS LUTON – INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT*
*Salary – Up to 45k (depending on experience), plus a lucrative commission structure and company car or car allowance.*

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Business Development Manager to help us extend our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
*The Role;*
* To have a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.
* To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition to ensure maximum penetration across Quest Employments services.
* Achieve targets and adhere to agreed actions plans.
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
* Arrange Business meetings with prospective clients.
*Desirable Skills / Experience;*
* 3+ years of business development within Recruitment.
* Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets.
* Negotiate at Director level.
* A proven track record in dealing with corporate companies and SME's.
* Previous experience within the recruitment industry essential.
* Proficiency in CRM software.
* Ability to build rapport with clients.
