The Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading provider of HVAC, renewable heating and plumbing solutions that is looking for a unique Business Development Manager to head up an established and expanding sales division focused on major national new build construction contractors. You will grow their project base with established existing contractors but also target and bring on new main construction contractors.

* GBP45k – GBP55k Basic Salary

Experience Required
You will be a successful sales, pre–sales or mechanical design professional with a background of specifying or selling sustainable and renewable products into the main new build construction projects. We are looking for someone genuallty motived and passionate about sustainability low carbon renewable technologies as you will be at the forefront of the latest green construction projects. If you have an indeph understanding on government legilastion, drivers and initiatiees around zero carbon then this would be an advantage. Knowledge of construction product specification through the RIBA stages would be an added advantage, especially early stage pre–construction stages.
