My client is thriving global technology business and now has need to recruit a Compliance & Legal Manager.
The role will support the UK leadership team in ensuring compliance to standards both internal and external as well as developing processes and policies. The position will also be responsible for driving corporate governance best practices. The role will require the incumbent to review some commercial agreements, sign off NDA's and undertake new customer due diligence.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Compliance Manager or be a lawyer looking to undertake a more focused compliance role. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of a range of compliance issues and solutions.
In addition to possessing a strong technical background you must exhibit strong personal credibility have excellent client care skills as well as being a talented communicator. Strong self-motivation and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure is vital.
